Broadway Commons Mall Mural

During the summer of 2019, Saint-Cyr Art Studio was commissioned by Broadway Commons Mall to execute a bright and colorful design to brighten up one of their entrances. The mural was completed in one month, thanks to the help of assistant, Alex Guevara-Lopez. The total size of the wall is 20x100ft.

The design for the mural was inspired by Marie Saint-Cyr's painting "Welcome", and portrays people of different ages within an abstract space. The design is meant to have a friendly tone and to feel and welcome the viewer so much so that they feel like they can step inside the mural. 

The mural is a mix between abstraction and realism. Marie Saint-Cyr had a great time working on this project. It was definitely a challenge due to the summer heat but the result is beautiful.
