We have been painting a series of murals at P.S. 055Q Maure Magnet School. The first is bubbly underwater mural decorates the outside of the building encouraging students to speak their minds, write their thoughts and read books! The flags stand as a symbol of pride in their culture and perspective. The second is a park playground, where students can be seen in healthy activities and can see their identity as students of PS55Q and the diversity of their student community.
